SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are processed and delivered every day excluding holidays. A recipient’s signature is required to ensure secure delivery.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free shipping within Thailand. Every working day, orders are shipped via Kerry and J&T mail service before 5 p.m. (Thai time: GMT+7). After your order has been accepted, you should receive it within 2-3 working days. A recipient’s signature is required to ensure secure delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders are shipped via DHL mail service before 6 pm (Thai time: GMT+7) during working days excluding the Thai national holidays. After your order has been accepted, you should receive it within 7-10 working days. The cost of shipping will be added at the checkout. A recipient’s signature is required to ensure secure delivery.

TAX AND DUTIES FEES

Please note that the total price displayed at your checkout does not include tax and duties fees. Such fees might be charged upon arrival in some countries due to the legislations of your country with a different amount. The recipients are responsible for all taxes and shipping costs.

RETURN

We accept returns on all full-priced fabrics in case of any damages for domestic orders. Please note that the return varies from case to case. 

International orders are final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable. The Company is not liable for international shipments that are lost in transit. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. This includes the original packaging as well as the box it arrived in. The Company's boxes should not be used as shipping boxes. Please keep in mind that original and return shipping fees will not be refunded upon return. When your return or exchange is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Returns that do not comply with our policy will be refused and returned to you.

**Note: Orders placed during online sales or promotions are final. There are no refunds or exchanges available. If merchandise is returned in violation of this policy, it will be returned to you.
